the room smelled clean when i opened the door.
There was no daily maid service, which i found inconvenient. the lack of a coffee bar was disappointing, as it was mentioned online. they even tried to charge me a $12 parking fee, even though my confirmation said parking was free. This felt pretty misleading. at night, parking was scarce. I struggled to find a spot.

I found the check-in process very easy and friendly. I did the online check-in. Everything was ready when I arrived. The room was large and modern! It had a lovely big shower with complimentary toiletries.
I did not like the light sensors in the room. The whole place lights up when using the bathroom. It woke everybody. I don't believe the mattresses get rotated often enough. One side had no support at all.

The location was excellent. It was within easy reach of parks. the room was super clean. The beds were comfortable. complimentary coffee available 24/7 was a great perk! plenty of parking was available at any time.
The ac unit was too loud. It kept waking me up at night.

charmed by cleanliness and location

the hotel rooms provide comfortable beds i slept soundly each night the quick check-in was a plus the staff made it very efficient upon arrival. check-out was equally easy which saved time i had a streamlined experience. the proximity to city walk and universal was a notable advantage a short drive each day.
the light sensors were sometimes too sensitive especially at night this could be improved for better sleep. i found the water pressure in the shower was weak. it made showering a bit difficult after long days.

the front desk attendant, vicki, was friendly she readily addressed our queries making us feel welcome. her support contributed greatly to a smooth stay.

the hotel provides a small shop where buying breakfast is an option guests can also pay extra and eat at the hotel restaurant which offers a variety of options. it ensures convenient access to meals.
